Sheridan Health Services was created and is run through the cooperative
efforts of the Sheridan School District and The University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center School of Nursing to bring affordablehealth care to the Sheridan community.

Financial Options
Sheridan Health Services accepts Medicaid, Colorado Access, Child Health
Plan Plus, Medicare, and some private insurance plans. A sliding fee schedule is available
for those who are uninsured.

Scheduled appointments are preferred in order to minimize waiting time.
Accommodations will be made for same day sick visits.
