GUIDING PRINCIPLES

1. All Sheridan School students will achieve grade appropriate growth in all academic areas.  Students will achieve at least one year’s academic growth in reading, writing, and mathematics.

2. Professional Development will be provided to support and enhance professional and personal growth for all employees.

3. Sheridan School District will provide support to all parents and community members to positively impact student learning.

4. Sheridan School District will engage a diverse group of stakeholders in collaborative leadership and decision making.
